Buddhist teachings and traditions are centered around eliminating suffering from an individual’s life. While many facets of suffering are to be addressed, the general acceptance of one’s situation and circumstances is generally the start of the journey. 

Buddhism has many teachings that have recently become popular in the modern Western world but has remained quite popular since its inception. Even becoming integrated into other world religions, Buddhism offers answers and remedies for the ailments of everyday life.
